I'm Aaron Rueth, the founder of AltZ. I've spent over two decades working across every layer of the technology stack -- from writing production code to leading engineering teams, architecting cloud infrastructure, and guiding companies through the shift to AI.
That breadth is deliberate. Understanding how systems are built, operated, and led is what allows me to give advice that is grounded in reality, not just theory. I've been in the room when the architecture decision mattered, when the team needed direction, and when the technology strategy had to hold up under pressure.
I founded AltZ to bring that level of thinking to companies that need it without the overhead of a full-time hire.
